After three months of working a security detail at a bank, our armed security officer was confronted with a suspected bank robber. The man entered the front doors quickly assessed his surroundings and walked toward the rear corner of the bank. Our armed security officer noticed indicators of unusual behavior. The suspect pretended to fill out bank slips but did not walk up to a teller to do a transaction.
Our security officer made direct eye contact with the suspect. He proceeded to walk directly toward him, causing the suspect to abort his efforts and immediately leave the building. Our security officer followed up the incident with a call to the Sheriff’s office which had previously provided photo identification of the suspect from neighboring bank robberies. Fortunately, there was no further incident and the bank personnel were unharmed.

A condominium complex hired Taurus Protection, Inc. to patrol the grounds to secure the building and the perimeter for its tenants and guests.
During one of our officer’s routine stops, he noticed a known vagrant wandering the premises in the dark hours of night sifting through a large dumpster in the condominium complex. Before the vagrant was able to create a disturbance, he was immediately escorted off the premises. After completing the routine walk through and door checks around the property, the officer returned to that location later that evening to ensure the vagrant had not returned to the property.

Our highest-level protection agent successfully and effortlessly escorted the celebrity through the crowd of fans and behind the scenes on the red carpet at the Emmy Awards.

At a client’s hotel in Santa Barbara, a guest and their visitor were being loud and suspected to be using illegal substances inside the room. Other guests complained and security was called.
Our officer directly addressed the guest and the visitor advising them to lower their voices and to keep the noise level down as it was disturbing other guests in the hotel. Security also warned that further action would result in a call to the police. Several minutes after the officer left, the hotel guest and the visitor began arguing with each other in their room, quickly escalating into a domestic dispute. The security officer immediately called the local police. Security directed the law enforcement to the room and the unruly guests were ordered to pack up their belongings and were escorted off the property not to return.
