Owners Who Built the Standard
Tom is a security professional with more than twenty years in the field. He served in the British Army with the 1st Battalion Irish Guards, and since relocating to the United States in 2004 he has protected high-net-worth clients, dignitaries, and heads of state, alongside estate and executive protection work. He has run operations and logistics for large-scale events including the Emmys and the Golden Globes, and has worked with prominent celebrities throughout his career. Clients and security leaders across the country call on Tom for his judgment, and he is known for building long relationships by putting client needs first.
Shane is a retired, highly decorated Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff with more than 30 years in the security field. He served on assignments throughout Los Angeles County and trained with some of the best programs in the country. He was awarded the Medal of Valor, the Sheriff's Department's highest honor, for exceptional bravery, along with several commendations for his service to the county. His background covers field investigations, security management, and executive protection for high-net-worth and celebrity clients. Outside of work, Shane volunteers with charities and supports veteran and military causes.
The Team That Runs Every Account
Sarah brings more than fifteen years in leadership, training, marketing, and emergency medical care. She keeps operations running, oversees client contracts, and leads business development and media. Her certifications include AHA CPR and First Aid, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Tactical Emergency Casualty Care, Emergency Medical Technician, Forensic Pathology Technician, and Community Emergency Response.
Terence is a retired Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff with 29 years of service, most of it in training, including Training Deputy of a large bureau. He handled active shooter response, emergency evacuation, CPR and First Aid, crowd and riot control, and self-defense, and spent years providing personal and residential protection for celebrities and foreign dignitaries.
Dan brings more than thirty-two years of prior law enforcement experience. He supervised operations for stations in Lancaster, Malibu, West Hollywood, and Universal CityWalk, focused on security strategy, personnel deployment, training, and incident response, working alongside federal, state, and local agencies. He now manages multiple accounts and the officers assigned to them.
